Captain's meeting

Date: February 2, 2012
Time: 6:00 PM -7:30 PM
Location: The Pulliam Building, meeting room # 1
Agenda:
The league coordinator will present the 2012 tennis calendar.
There will be registration forms for leagues.
Also we will go over any new rule changes for this year.

All members are welcome to attend and directors on the board are strongly encouraged to be present as well.

LTA WINTER SOCIALS. For schedule select the socials button on the left

1. The player enters his/her name on a numbered list as he/she arrives. (Notes 1 and 2)
2. At 6 PM sharp, if there are more than 16 players, 16 players shall randomly be selected from all entries on the list.
   These players get to play the first round. Any players that did not get selected are entered for the second round.
3. Any following rounds are scheduled in the usual fashion.
